We built exceptional teams

Fuel for Innovation operates with the most challenging teams. Teams that do not function well or have even become dysfunctional. In our interventions we built a bridge between executive level and operational management, engaging the whole system of the organization.

It is essential for these challenging teams to have a safe conversation on what the issue is really about. The so-called ‘elephant in the room’. To do this, we dare to show a mirror to people, teams, management and entire organizations to let them reflect, face their challenges and achieve the desired result. We search for relevance, vision, strategy and the entrepreneurial culture that fosters creativity. The goal is to eventually free up the entrepreneurial spirit, encourage initiatives and, of course, fuel innovation.
